The Longest Day

I woke up at about 5:30 AM on the day of our flight to Hawaii. Not for any really good reason, just because my mind started thinking of all the things I needed to do. So, by the time Jenni's mom showed up (early), we were all just sitting around with nothing left to do. So, we ended up loading up the car and heading out to the airport at 10 AM for our 1:30 PM flight. So after flight delays, baggage delays, switching planes in San Francisco, etc., our travel time from Longmont to Hawaii was about 13 hours. Needless to say the kids were exausted! Jenni and I were a little cranky as well, but very happy to be in Hawaii.
